Well, I can see that the low part of the port is not really doing alot, seeing that everyone moves the ports UP to make it a straighter shot into the chamber. BUT, I would think that keeping the head and intake port matched will keep the flow smoother? Less turbulent? If that is good? Better I think.
I'm no rocket scientist.........so all this technical crap is magic to me.

Well Carl, your in the same boat as alot of us are...Bad back and all...I still havent found a wife yet that would buy me hotrod parts for Christmas or birthdays? LOL...
These last few months, the only way I have survived was buy some parts at the right price and turning them over for a buck more than I paid....I should be going back to work in Feb...But thats not written in stone!!
I do remember the days of buying a part once a week until the project was done!! Those days are long gone!! And Now the wife and I are not only holding are household down..But also supporting are oldest daughter and a grandaughter too boot!!
I told both my wife and my daughter things had better change come spring!! I dont like living my golden years this way!! LOL..
When I was younger I thought I would have in my golden years screaming ladies and smell of buning rubber!! I just didnt know it would come from the Drag Strip!! LOL
