I remember hearing something about this before, I don't remember the situation that well. This website doesn't do to well of a job of explaining it either, or maybe it's just me.

Ummmm,no. I think you have it a little bass-ackwards on this one. I think it's mostly those pesky Cons [ervatives]...y'know, the "honest" values guys who supposedly stand for individual rights and free market? But whose policies always seem to favor Big Bidness?
