manual hubs

ok all you experts, speak loudly because I need to know......I have a 04 F350 superduty V10 with factory manual hubs and they are starting to become very hard to operate......I want to replace them with the best aftermarket hubs I can buy.....so tell me your experiences and what you would recommend,,,,,

take them apart, clean them throughout, lube everything with a light grease, including the orings
