I need to replace the manual hubs on my dump truck. I see both the warn and superwinch have 5 bolts that hold them in. On my 96' there is only 3 bolts. I notice on some websites that there is an adapter kit for three bolt hubs, but that says that it is for auto hubs. So whats the deal, adapter or new hubs will bolt up. Any tips/tricks to getting them in?
If you already have manual hubs, then dont worry about the # of screws. Just loosen the screws on the old hub, remove snap ring, slide rest of the hub out and reverse process.
84-250 i assume you have a 94 powerstroke and its the 22355 th one made, whered you look to get that number? i have a 94 wondering what number mine is.
I did take one of the screws out hte other day, and it seems if the screws I took out are much longer than the screws in the mile marker set. But if they are bolt up, I'll take your guys word for it, You know more than I do
