head exchange

I have a set of 302 gt heads out of a cop car from N.C., are they any good and will they fit on 2 a 88/351w??

Both of these motors will have the same E7TE heads, look for this sequence cast between the inner intake runners on the bottom(head gasket) side. The only difference between the 302 and 351 version is the main head bolt size. These are good heads for overall torque and power production on a stock or lightly modified motor. If you want 300hp plus look aftermarket.

You'll have to have the head bolt holes drilled out to accept the 351's larger 1/2" bolts.
