holley 390 which way to mount throttle linkage?

Unhappy holley 390 which way to mount throttle linkage?

[hello 83 bronco 300 6cyl offy dual port and holley 390]
Which way do I MOUNT THE CARB WITH THE THROTTLE TOWARDS THE CAB OR TOWARDS THE GRILL? And what throttle linkage should i get is there a throttle cable for another vehicle that will work ?

For this application you actually turn the carb sideways. You want the primaries to open into the lower runners because they are smaller, so would put the throttle lever to the rear of the vehicle.

Autozone sells a cable adapter that worked fine for my 83 F-250
You can see it in this picture. I think it would actually be mounted to the lower right hand stud rather than the upper right.
