Hi Flow CATs

I want loud exhaust will Hi Flow CATs help or do they restrict just like normal CATs

They don't restrict like a normal cat ... when you look through one you can see through the honeycomb to the other side pretty well. Have one on my VDub.

So it would make my exhaust be much louder?

i got them with two flow masters, sound great and noticed alot of low end torque after install. worth the money!!

Could you sugest a type of Hi Flow CATs the only ones i have seen are Magnaflow is that a good type or do you sugest something else

The one on my VDub is integrated into the APR free flow downpipe ... no Idea who else sells them, I have seen them on Jegs. I have seen them on my euro tuner sites also. Pretty sure most performance e-retailers will have them.

I got a magnaflow hi-flo cat. very shiny 2 years later and it was only $100. was much louder but I also put a flowmaster 40 series at the same time so I dont know how much is just from cat...now with the headers its way too loud!
