Uneven rear ride height

Uneven rear ride height
My f-150 has a leveling kit and stock rear leafs. For some reason after 47K miles the driver side rear sits 3/4 taller than the passenger side rear. I've checked the shocks and their fine so i'm assuming pass. leaf is bent. Just curious if anyone has had the same problem or a comment.
