Napa Auto Parts can still get a lot of the mechanicals and try Sac Vintage for cab parts since the cab is the same (except for the fenders) as the F100. When going for a repacement part, best to take the old one with you because sometimes you need the casting numbers to get the right part.
ps don't expect too much help here on the big trucks - a lot of questions go unanswered.
