A lot of the smaller truck parts do interchange. LMC Truck out of Lenexa Kansas is one such dealer for light-duty pickup parts, and have on-line catalogs that you can peruse. Do a quick google search for LMC Truck, then look for the 1967-1972 Ford Truck catalog. Lots of good illustrations. Dennis Carpenter may be another good source for catalogs and parts.

LMC sells the cheapest made in China CRAP! LMC's catalogs are also rife with errors and omissions.
Carpenter reproduces more parts than any other repro parts seller. His catalogs are EZ to use, most parts are shown in color, and he is the only seller to use Ford part numbers.
