George,
I'm new to this group, but could not help but feel empathy for
you, I have had close friends and family that have both defeated
and lost battles with this horrible sickeness. Yes I do pray for
people I don't know and yes I believe that keeping a positive
mental attitude is important. DO NOT GIVE UP!
Best wishes,
ken robinson

Glad to hear that all went well with the operation.
If I do that deal next week, I may just have to stop by for a visit.

Keep us posted!!

Hey George,

I think this is my first time to visit this forum. I just want to offer my encouragement and prayers for you. It's amazing what prayer can do. I went to private Catholic schools through high school and was brought up in a very religious family and community where the power of prayer was instilled in me from an early age. I know how it is to deal with heartache and pain, and you will be in my prayers!
God be with you,

Hi George.

No you're not boring us. All of us that are keeping you in our prayers want to know how things are going with you.

I'm very sorry to hear that you have to go in for another surgery. You should have smacked the doc!!!

Good luck and keep us informed.

Hey George, of all the threads on the boards, this one is the best. Trucks are bought and sold, but friendships are more meaningful and last longer.

Now if I were you, I would give that doc a stern look and tell 'im if he's gonna keep do'in that to just put a zipper on you!

Hope the next surgery goes well and we'll keep you in our prayers.

Scott

ok, yesterday(monday) doc cut me again in the chest to scope the cavity to see my the swelling. seems like a dime size area was effected and they removed a little of some tube that went to the area where the gall bladder used to be. what ever. now i have 6 more staples in a new spot. the tests on the hip came back positive for cancer. gosh ive come to hate the word too. thursday i will be going back in for surgery. will be in the hospital for the day but should get oyt in the pm. i look like a railroad track now. damn doctors... i may get to work on the trucks soon.
