hey, quick post. things are a little better here health wise.
had the old talk with the wife about finances and it looks like the old truck 51 f1 might be going up for SALE to try to get us out of a liitle debt trouble.
sad days are here, i guess id rather be a live and let my prized toy go then be dead with my toys.
just sucks, 1 more reason to be depressed and complain a little. sorry
Ahhhh George, i'm really sorry you have to sell the 51, however, you're correct it's better to be alive! Just think once you get rid of this nasty disease you'll be able to buy another one and fix it up with even better idea's and plans than you had for this one! I keep praying for you, keep a positive outlook and everything will work out great! Thanks for the update i look forward to hearing how you're getting along as does everyone else1
today had treatments and a lot of time to think. thanks for the reply andthe thoughts. i know there are people who deserve more then me, thats the only reason i can bear the thought of selling in order to stay out of too much debt trouble.
oh well i need rest.
thanks to all for the prayers and thoughts.............
George,
Thanks much for keeping us updated. Bummer about the old truck.
Get well - something will take the truck's place.
I think about you from time-to-time and even after all this time, the folks in my Sunday School class will sometimes ask if I have an update.
Hope the best wishes and prayers of all your FTE friends serves to prop you up some when you get to leaning over just a little.
Take care.
Geroge,
You and your family are in our prayers. I saw your post on the 48-60 forum and came over here to "catch up". Keep the faith and keep fighting. Take care of yourself and your family first. Sorry to hear you may have to sell the truck, but you are more important and you can always find another one later.
Take care and know that you are in our prayers,
Kent
George,
Another day begins and you are here with us. We are all thankful for it. Life is so short but can be so blessed. You and your family are in our thoughts and yet another prayer is said to keep you safe.
We all think of our "toys" and how we can't live without them.
But you have the best toy in the world, a loving, caring family and the daily thoughts of your extended family here on this forum.
Material things mean nothing without someone to play with.
Keep the faith and stay strong, you'll outlive all of us!
Hey, I just stumbled across this.
George keep your determination and keep on truckin.
My grandpa had Prostate Cancer. and even though he is a crochity old fart that hates everybody i know what your going threw. He almost died. The scary thing is his father had it and his father had it. They both didn't have the technology. But it scares me that my father and I have to worry about it. Man that sucks.
you have my prayers. keep up your energy. God Speed.
