I Have Michelin Ltx's On My Exp And Looking To Replace Them. Cant Find Any In The Our Area. Local Sams Club Has Michelin X In Stock. Anyone Run These Tires? Thanks
I think those X series tires they sell at Sams are geared more towards commercial applications. I would expect that they are designed with more durability in mind rather than ride and comfort. But, because they're michelin's they're probably better than most other brands.
do you have any tire stores that could order them for you? i would stick with the LTXs, i used to work at Discount Tire and i think they are the best SUV tires
I just replaced contis with Michelin LTX---slightly different size---what a difference---love them. I bought them locally---Sam's did not sell them---I think Tire Rack does though---not sure
I might have to do that. You can order them online through Sam's but who knows how long that would take. I checked tire rack and they have them in stock. Has anyone ordered from tire rack and what about the road hazard warranty? Seems it would be difficult to file a claim...
TireRack is great.
I've ordered several sets of tires for different vehicles over the years without one problem.
They usually arrive by Fedex within 2 days
I found the same thing. I ordered my 2nd set of LTX's from Costco's website, and they were delivered to my local Costco, where I had them installed. I got 90K miles on my 1st set of LTX's, and the tread was still above the wear bars.
