I Change Fuel Filter Every 3 Oil Changes And Oil Every 5k.

I Do Have Residue Around The Connecting Boots.
If That Is The Problem Do I Replace Or Just Tighten?

When I Ran It Stock The Most Boost I Pulled Was Also 22lbs If That Matters
AIR FILTER IS NEW,K&N 6X6 CONICAL 3.5 OPENING

id get rid of that K&N they let too much dirt through..it will sand blast the turbo.( called dusting)).id take the boots off one by one..clean each one and look for cracks or holes clean your pipes and put it back together...then pull the air tube from the turbo and look at the wheel inside to see if it has been dusted...take a pic of wheel if you can and post it..guy's in here will tell you if it good or bad..the wheel should be clean and the edges sharp.

What happens when you remove the Bullydog and restore the truck to stock? Seems to me that it would hardly move.
I recommend that you do just that - remove the Bullydog and start diagnosing the problem. Get a copy of AutoEnginuity and start scanning the engine. It will provide some readings that we can help you with.
Once you get the engine properly repaired and performing as it should, then you are ok to start adding power.
Right now the Bullydog is just a band-aid attempt at fixing a problem, no offence.

i think you have a problem with the bullydog. you should not be seeing the same amount of boost with the 120 hp setting as you do stock. maybe your programmer isnt working like it should
