No but I have my eye on one. It's a 66 pickup. Still need to do some work on the wife. Need to do some work on the guy selling it too. He is asking a little more than I am willing to pay for something without running gear.

The body seems to be in decent condition, interior is pretty much complete. As far as I could tell the only thing missing was the engine and tranny. Don't know about the floor. I kind of lost intrest when the guy told me the price but it has been there for a while so maybe it's starting to drop.

Working on my76F150 short box 4x4to get a little more power and finally got rid of the annoying whistle from my intake. Back too work on the 79 F150 shortbox 4x4resto project in the garage. Finally got the cab almost patched up and now to clean and paint the frame which is almost stripped. Almost sold the pair of them to get a something else but then gave my head a shake.

Yeah chilako, you are lucky to have two shortboxes! I have been keeping my eyes open for a 2 wheel drive shortbox, in the 70s but yeah right, they are damn hard to find.

They are getting hard to find box's for. The resto project was a complete rust bucket. The only thing I could use off the body was the hood and front fenders. When I took the canopy off, the box spread wide open. It was in the bush for 10years before I got it, Excellent drive train though. The one I drive I bought just for the box and decided to drive it till I need to remove the box or find another one. I will try to get some pics on the gallery

does that truck happen to be sitting at a tire shop. i believe it was cawston tire service?

my self, ive been plugging away with doing little stuff on the 79 Supercab. thinking of alternatives to the deck on it now. really would like to find a box for it. there was a guy at school that had a repairable bed for it, being the idiots they are, he drove his jeep over it and crushed it in the parking lot. ive got an original 32 Ford grill shell that some one hacked, fixing it up. thats about all

The yellow 79 looks a little diferent now that it is mostly stripped. I have to change the grill out on the 76(brocken and bent) and get the proper hood(for 76 grill). But their getting there slowly.

Yes it is, as well as a couple others. I can't remember the name of the shop but it is just outside Keromeos.
