Ball Joints = AIS???

So I ordered my ball joint kit from powerstrokeshop.com today.

While I was there I figured, what the hell, so I go the AIS and two Racor filters too.

It's my anniversary too! Three long years!

Congrats, on the anniversary.

I like my AIS, cause its better cause my stock one let dirt in. the bad part I know know how much was affected cause I bought it with 146k. so far so good.

Cheers to more years with your truck, oh and more anniversaries of course too

Just put the AIS in and I am really impressed with how quiet it is. A real difference!

Wow, you ordered it yesterday morning and already have it in this afternoon? That's some speedy service on their part and installation on yours.

One state over makes delivery quick.

The installation is very simple. Took 10 minutes.

I must say that it is very stock looking!

If you want a little bit of whistle do the fender sleeve. Its not as loud as the 6637 but it lets you know its there.

Difference with the AIS?

I bought an AIS, put it on, and my mileage DROPPED 2-3mpg!! My mechanic said that when I put the snorkel on that it may have had a rubber flap up by the grille blocking the intake, but here's my question:

What change in mileage did you notice with the AIS?

Did you change from a totally stock setup to the AIS?

My AIS is sitting in the garage, but I'm considering putting it back on, but would really appreciate the feedback from people that are running it now. Thanks!!
