outside mirror
I have a small problem,I lost my right side mirror glass on a 1998 F-150 XLT Lariat. Can this be replaced or do I have to buy the whole assembly. (also missing the little 4 little nylon gizmo's that move the electric motors)

Well probably can be replaced can go to ford or junkyard or wherever im guessing! ford would be the most expensive i dont know i dont think you have to replace the whole assembly if you do like i said go to a junkyard

Just a note the Dealer is not always more. I would suggest at least checking them. <br>I always call around for parts. I genrealy don't buy from napa One day I was with a friend and the only place he could find the parts he needed was Napa. While I was there I checked on an Exaust system for a Villager van and the beat the othere prices by $100. I was totaly in shock.

I replaced the left mirror on my truck when I first bought it as it was cracked. Local glass company pulled out a catalog with Lord knows how many mirror designs in it. Cost me 10 bucks to replace the glass. Get this.....Ford dealer told me I was going to have to replace the whole thing!
