1999 F250 7.3 Engine surge
1999 F250 7.3 Liter, starts up and runs fine when it's cold but when it warms up the engine surges and has no power off idle. Any ideas.

does it have no power off idle all the time or just when It is warm? What is the air temp? when the lst time you changed the fuel filter?
