Remote mod control
Hey i think the control module for my truck doors if messed up it wont let me lock or unlock the doors I know its not the hand held remote becuase i have tried to reprogram 3 diff ones. so where is it located in the truck 2002 f 250 i looked under the dash but cant find it any help would be great

VSM - Vehicle Security Module
It is mounted on the firewall, just above the transmission hump and behind the radio. It has 3 multi-connector plugs to it and must be scanned and reprogrammed by a dealer into a new one. You can't just swap them out.
