IDM Voltage

IDM not delivering 110-115 vdc at VC. Sent IDM off to be tested, it was put on machine and run 15 min no problems. Voltage coming into IDM 12.8, good ground, wiring connector plug to VC ohms out. New CPS installed. IDM power relay changed. Anyone got any ideas?

Do you have a way to scan Live PID's on the vehicle.

No. The scan tool we have available I don't think is adequate it is designed for the ODM II and done with key in on position. When done comes back as a pass no codes found

1. Are you seeing tach movement during cranking
2. What electronic module on the hPOP did you relace (IPR or ICP)
3. Does the WTS light come on

WTS comes on and cycles approx 2 min, cool weather glow plugs are heating. IPR was replaced. No tach on truck. The truck will run few seconds if starting fluid used.

Unplug the ICP sensor and see if it will crank.

Correct me if i'm wrong is that the sensor on the top of the cylinder head for HP oil system? If so we unhooked it prior to testing the IDM and it was still a no start
