I am and I'm very happy with it. I run it in a 56 f100 with a HOT Y. Its a full mechanical distributor, no vacuum advance.

Yep. I've used them before. Two things: 1) They are susceptible to heavy dust & may need to be cleaned every so often (optical trigger). In normal use it's not an issue.

2) They are somewhat famous for being intolerant of wiring mishaps, especially duirng installation. Be very, very careful about the wiring process before you supply it with power. Also, if wiring up anything new, either disconnect the Unilite or pull the neg. battery cable. Supposed to do that anyway, but everybody takes shortcuts. If you buy it Down Under, I'd make sure that they carry replacement modules. No fun to wait on a replacement from the States.
