I'm just under the 35" tire so a single will do for now. After the lift and sway bar bushing kit i can only afford a single anyways.

Could you send me the model number on that Bilstein? I don't seem to see it on the website. I have the Bilstein shocks and would like to make them all match. Thanks.

I'd wait until ReAX actually puts that Bilstein on and tries it before buying one. Using a single Bilstein may cause problems. Unlike O.E. replacement stabilizers from Rancho, Fabtech, Skyjacker, etc. The Bilsteins are pressurized so they would have the tendency to want to constantly push on the tie-rod and may cause the wheels not to want to re-center very well or may even cause the truck to want to drift to the left. And being as stout as the Bilsteins are, they can push pretty hard. You probably got a taste of that when you put the other Bilsteins on.

The stabilizer I have is very soft, I can compress it with out leaning on it. I still haven't put it on, but that's just me being lazy. PN is F4-BE5-6253-H5

Interesting ReAX. I haven't seen Bilstein steering stabilizers available other than the ones that they make for DR in their dual kit. Where did you get them from and do you have a link available?

I sell bilstien at work, and that is the part number in the DR dual kit. That kit uses a low pressure shock, and it looks like it matches the specs available in a rancho. Any bilstien retailer can get it for you.

So these are the DR series stabilizers or are they labeled Bilstein? I know that Bilstein makes the ones for DR, but I didn't know Bilstein was selling them under their own name. Also, I thought the DR/Bilstein stabilizers were gas charged whereas the Rancho's are oil filled.

All shocks must have a viscous fluid or oil, gas is the only optional difference. DR is using bilstien shocks, they may put thier own sticker on it, but they must not have specified a unique valving.

Here's the thread where I posted specs of ranchos and the bilstien I ordered.

Thanks for the part number. I will see if I can look into the performance of the stabilizer. ReAX, when are you planning on installing yours?

If you look on Donahoe Racings web site in there new catalog they list a single stabilizer as part #3-7504. I do not know if this the same part as mendtioned before or not.

I will either have to get time at work or barrow one of our impact guns over a weeked. For now it's just a shelf mod.

Well, today was alittle slow and I got it on. I may need to move the stock bracket just a hair, but so far I like it.

I have noticed that on the steering bar where the stabilizer bracket is attached, there are two notches. I am "assuming" they are attachment points for the bracket. I always wondered why there are two notches. If you move that bracket, it won't sit into one of those notches, right? Won't it have a tendency of moving over time?

The bracket that came with my Rancho setup relocates past the notches. So far it has never moved. I don't believe you'll have a problem with it either.
