the cab is whats important. Crew cab and supercab use the same kit, the bed lenght doesnt matter since magnaflow reuses the stock midpipe, which is different lenghts on different beds. 16612 will fit any super or crew cab
I have the supercab 6.5 bed. It works fine, but does take some time to get it all to line up. I think the tail pipe is a hair too close to the tire, would like it back about another 2" further. My install was rough, but the sound when i started it up? Hell yeah!!! Also make sure your lookinat the 6/04 and up kit, there are 2 different SISO kits, but I think the early ones atart off with 155xx, but just check to be sure, it's been over a year since I did mine.

Find it hard to understand why the info from Magnaflow is so distorted. I tried to get this answer through numerous emails. Can only surmise that the guy responding is either uninformed, underpayed or just doesn't care. Elusive replys to specific questions. Bottom line is lost sales. Disgruntled employees should not be dealing with the customer.
It is nice that dealers such as Bob have the knowledge and are open minded enough to share.
The product is obviously one of the best, unfortunately MF has lost some control over PR...
Thank you for your replys.
I had a similar phone experience once with them, the first time i called to see why the ranger system wouldnt fit the "EDGE". The guy said, it just wont.... Thanks.....
Sorry I took so long to let you guys know thanks for info. I took the tow hog out on it's first road trip since i've owned it. Only two months now. I rented a 24 foot travel trailer from cruise america. Man the truck tows awsome. Even with the TT and the duels out the back, the sound is not bad in the cab. It sounds mean and people know you mean bussiness when you step on it. If you tow alot all you have to do is wash your trailer every now and then, I mean if you take care of your stuff it will take care you.
