C6, whining when shifting

C6, whining when shifting
Ok. I have less than 70 miles on this rebuilt C6 transmission. It functions great, but it has a light whining sound when it is shifting between the gears. Almost sounds like a mild sounding turbine engine. It doesn't whine unless it is shifting. I've searched several threads and haven't found a sympton quite like this one or even a solution at all.
