On vacation all this week
And this past Friday I received a $7000 bonus check so I decided to do a couple of mods today.
Six position chip from Diesel Innovations in Houston TX and an AFE Stage 2 intake with the Pro Guard 7 filter.
Just came back from an hour long ride and I cannot believe it. It's like a totally different truck. I always thought you guys were exaggerating. I guess you weren't.
Can't stop smiling.

Thanks guys. I still cannot believe how good it runs now. I know the MPG isn't going to be good until I can stop sticking my foot in it. I need to learn how to drive her all over again. That might be harder than it sounds.....

I'll say it..... "We told you so".
Enjoy it. And yes you'll get used to it. After you get used to it you'll start craving for more power. It's an addiction, more expensive than crack, but without the strange side effects.

looks good man. I put the same intake on mine about 3 months ago and I like the hissing it makes.

Yeah, the hissing was the very first thing I noticed as I pulled out of the driveway and accelerated. I was like "whoa"...the next thing I noticed was my butt being forced back into the seat and this huge cloud of black smoke behind me.
The wife thinks we are all done. I am on vacation all week and she is working....
