Bruce,
I don't know the answer to your problem but my 4X4 doesn't work and I'm getting ready to replace the transfer case moter. How big a job is this? The Dealership tested mine and said the motor and two hall sensors needed to be replaced. I have a 97 Expie and none of my 4X4 functions work.
