Question Question about C6
Does anyone know the last production year of the Ford C6 transmission

1987 if i'm not mistaken. it was behind the diesels and the 460's. the E40D (pos) came out in 1988 or 89 if i remember right.

It could be special ordered much later than that, all the way up until 1997 if I remember correctly. I know people with C6's in trucks up until 93 or so personally.

The last C6 was built in July, 1996, and went into a 1996 model year truck.
