SAS a Dana 44 out of a 79-79 F150 or Bronco into yours. You might wanna invest in a 6" lift first.

I have an 89 XLT, current project is removing rust/replacing rusted areas in the back of my truck. Once I get this done, I'm going to install a DIY bedliner. Thread I started on it is here:

The list is growing of planned projects/maintenance items, my wife is starting to get suspicious......

exhaust is always the starting point on our rigs. the stock manifolds and Y pipe are very restrictive. going with a set of headers and bassani Y pipe really wake up that motor. also a good tune up an bumping the timing to 12*btdc with spout connector removed. good plug wires and basic copper autolite or motorcraft plugs are the way to go.

theres nothing like a set of gears to wake up an older 302!!
shes got 4.56's, full length headers, 230,000 on the original motor AND she still gets 15 MPG!!
