89 Center Console
I have an 89 Bronco and the lock on my center console broke. I have looked for a new one online but have not been able to locate one. Does anyone have any ideas where to look or will I have to just buy and whole new console?

Thanks.

I think even the 78/79s had locking center consoles. It was an option (mine doesn't have one).
I don't think I've ever seen a replacement for it. If I were you, I'd check out junk yards and find one with the same color locking lid and then swap them. You'll most likely have to get a key made.

If not, grab one without the lock.

Also try ebay and see if someone selling a used one.

I thought they all locked. Thanks for the suggestion. I figured a pick your part is what I will have to do.

Maybe a locksmith shop can re-lock your console.
