Well, my wife's `05 Limited was broken into in the grocery store parking lot today. She was in there a whopping 15 minutes, but it was enough. *********s busted out the driver door lock.
What can I do to prevent this again? I thought there was a plate/guard that I could put in the door to prevent this, but I am having no luck with a search here, or on google.
Can they still not bust out any of the handle plates and get past the locking mechanism? I assumed that I would need to install a fix on all the doors...
Mine was also broken into earlier this year and I witnessed it, the rear handle were a bit too expensive for me from the dealer so I cocked the locks and double limo tinted the glasses.
I've had my truck broken into three times through the door locks, but I installed the plates about four months ago and I haven't had any more problems, the plates are called "jimmi jammers". www.jimmijammer.com
