rear door outside hinge rust

The hinges are starting to show rust where the pins hold the hinges together.
Since it is Mineral Grey (tan) the rust is not too noticable but I would like to nip this problem in the bud. Anyone dealt with this and any remedies?
Please understand that I know nothing about everything so step by step would help greatly.
Thanks all.

Wipe off the rust, and keep the hinges oiled with a small amount of ionic oil like Shell Tellis.

Do you know a good machinist? If so, have a set of stainless steel hinges made. And while you're at it, get a second set made for me. (hee hee)

The doors are fiberglass, so cficare has a point. If you get stainless hinges, you'd be all set. Otherwise go with housedad's suggestion and keep them oiled up. It will not cure the rust but inhibit it from going any further.

George (in CA, where we don't see rust in 30 years ...)
