Door Hinge Rebuild
I am looking at rebuilding my door hinges on my 66 and all I can find is the pins / bushings for the hinges. Does anyone have a source for the roller bushing that is on the upper hinge that keeps the door in an open position?? There are some suppliers that show the roller bushing for a the 66 mustang would this be the same?

i cant help you out with the rollers. i have never seen them but i dont think i have ever looked either. what about having them machined out of aluminum? another thought would be to pm numberdummy aka bill, and see if he could find you some nos hinges with his parts locater.

No, because there is no such thing for a Mustang or any other '60's Passenger Car. What you're looking at is the hinge bushing.
