abs light

my abs light keeps coming on in my truck and the brake pedal pulsates sometimes during braking. This comes and goes but happens everytime i drive the truck. Any suggestion on what to do, i'd hate to take it in to the dealer and get raped for something stupid.

If you don't have Autoenginuity or some other diagnostic utility, you'll have to take it somewhere to figure out what exactly is the problem. The ABS light coming on is storing a code, and that code will tell you what's wrong.

i've tried using my superchips programmer and no codes come up.

I've read that if the front wheel bearings aare going out it will let the sensor get out of position and cause the ABS light to come on. I hope this is not the case since it's not a cheep fix.
