First thing to try: clear the code and then replace the gas cap with a new one.

I got a 95 3.8l in a Windstar. I got not signal to No. 2 injector (Checked injector -ok., checked harness with a NOID light, no blinking signal, light does not come on. Checked injector with stetoscope, no injector pinging like you get on the other 5 injectors.)
The only intermittent code that the PCM puts up is a Code 302 (Cylinder No. 2 Misfire Detected)
I am positive that No. 2 cylinder is not getting fuel as you can feel the engine run like it is missing a cylinder during idle and during accelerations. The engine light only comes on once in a while and everytime I get it I pick up a Code 302 on my scanner.
What could be causing the lack of a proper signal to the No.2 injector?
Change the Upstream O2 Sensors as there seems to be some weired crosswiring that only involves No. 2 injector according to the Haynes repair manual wiring diagram.
What is going on? A broken wire between the PCM and the injector? PCM bad?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Seb....
