i was trying to replace the bushings on my 84 f150 when i broke the bolt and nut off the arm there is a little bit left ont the arm and i still hae the pice. i was wondering if i could weld it back together.
I wouldn't. Probably time to visit your local u-pull-it.

The nut on the radius arm is torqued to 120 Ft. lbs. Even if you managed to weld it back together, it would probably snap again when applying final torque. To be safe, go ahead and make a trip to the boneyard.
If buying OEM parts is an option, Jeffs Bronco Graveyard has factory radius arms for $95.00 each.
