When driving in a fierce rainstorm, my interior lights came on and the interior lamp relay started buzzing. When I shut the truck down it all went away, but in the am the batteries were completely drawn down. When I do get it started the buzzing continues except on the odd occasion that I close the driver side door just right, but then it comes back.
I don't know what year truck you have, but if it's a later model, they were plagued with windshield leak problems. And the leak would run down into the GEM module which controls all the functions you describe.
Check the flooboard and see if it's wet. The GEM module and the fuse box are mounted on the inside firewall, so look for signs of water. The fuse box can be wet too from the leak.
