If your talking about the current generation SCJ heads from FRPP that were a Kaase design the biggest issue is the valves are at different angles and cants so you have to recut the valve reliefs. Lunati has a tool for doing it with the pistons on the engine (Kaase did one engine on the dyno when they were testing those heads)
As far as flow here is the link to Scotts site that has the flow numbers, on the unported he just lists them as aluminum SCJ, but does list them as the Kaase heads on the ported list.

it almost looks like the kasse heads might be a bit better than the tfs street heads or rilly close? the guy that has the heads now ran a set of kb flat tops with a single valve cut and he didnt have to do any cutting so maybe i wont need to i have a dual valve relife srp's i think he was running a 700 lift and i am not shure what i am gonna run i am gonna go custom thou. do you think it is wishfull thinking to get 700-800 hp and 8000 rpms out of my combo?

the Kaase heads are better than the TFS street heads on the list of heads by order of performance. The Kaase heads are based off of the CJ, SCJ iron heads for intake and exhaust ports (and as such will need to have the CJ intake or have the intake port matched to it) the TFS street heads are based off of the DOVE-A heads and use the regular passenger car manifolds and are a direct bolt on replacement for your current heads with better flow numbers.

I don't even know anyone that has a program for the SCJ heads for cnc porting you might try giving Charlie Evans a call.
