95 250 missing leaf spring shims and clip?

95 250 missing leaf spring shims and clip?
i bought some used rear leaf springs off a 95 f250 heavy duty 4x4.they are missing those little shims that are on the bottom on the springs that are on an angle.im sure i can order them but how do they attatch to the bottom of the springs?do they just slide in between the spring and the block with no blots?also one of the rear leafs is missing one of those little clips on one side that go under the bottom of the spring and then go around to the top but they dont touch,one side of that from the bolt is broken should i be worried about this at all?im not really sure what those things are there for?

The pads are to keep the springs quite, some just stick on, some have a plastic tab that clips through the leaf. I don't think ford will list them seperately, but you don't realy need them.
The pack clamps are kind of important. I have seen leafs slip and sit crooked in the pack. You could probibly make them, angle iron and bolts should do the trick.
