My question is quite simple. In your experience, who's spark plugs last the longest. I have a 97 F-250 4x4 5.8L E4OD. The truck is completely stock and it's time for a tuneup. I really hate changing plugs so I'd like to put in the ones that will last the longest. Thanks.
I do not know about brands, but anything platinum will last longer.
My wife has a Honda Accord, which has been my first experience with foreign cars. I am finding out it's a "plug eater", since they were very worn when I got it, and the ones I put in are worn again. I was going to a platinum(NGK is OEM) but the local store did not have any. So I took a chance and got a set of Bosch platinum 2's. It's a very wierd looking plug which you cannot gap, but boy that Honda has never ran smoother.
