77 F150 lighting problem

I am having a problem with my 77 F150 park lights. When I turn the park lights on my blinker indicators come on and the front park lights do not. I have only spent a little time on this so there may be a ground problem or possible feedback from something else that I have missed. If anyone has any ideas I apprecite any and all comments.

Common problem, grounds...

You are getting power feedback from the T/S or Brake light circuit.

You need to Thoroughly Check all the grounds & all bulb sockets for shorts or bad connections to ground.
