parking light problem?

Hey, I am having a problem with my parking lights and dash lights not working at all. No chime or lights. When I turn the switch to parking lights...nothing happens...and when I turn to full headlights still no chime, no dashlights, nor any parking lights...but the headlights do run in both high and low beam functions. All fuses under dash are fine as well.

There is a fuse i believe under the hood for the parking lights, at least for my 97 it is under the hood. I believe it is a 15amp fuse.
