Ford Script Stickers/Decal

Wondering if anyone may know where I could purchase a Ford Script only (No Blue Oval) decal. Preferably black. Perhaps 1" high by 1.5" long. In other words kinda small.

A little explanation. I put the brakes on my truck projects as of 3-weks ago to restore an old 1/2-scale Modle T car powered by a 40 year old 3.5 hp Briggs and Stratton Engine. I won it when I was about 4 years old. It's been sitting in a shed at my father's house being neglected for the past 25-30 years. He moved recently and hauled it to Texas for me from VA to avoid having to haul it to the dump.

My wife and I are in the final stages of adopting a 6 year old little girl and well, somebody has daddy wrapped around her little finger already. I want the sticker to place on the "radiator panel". The original T's had the Ford script stamped into the radiator tank so I wanted to get something on the car that says Ford that would sort of look like what the real one's had. The little one has already learned to identify the logo so it would be a nice added touch.

I figured I could go to a local sign shop and have one made but if someone knows where I may be able to get one, it would save some time and hassle.

A small plaque or plate with the Ford logo that I could screw into the radiator panel (it's a panel at the front of the body with a honeycomb sticker that is supposed to look like radiator fins) would probably work well also.

Thanks for any help.

Carl,

I have a huge grin from reading your post! What a cool story. I think its great that your new daughter will have a very cool piece of family history. Just think, while the other neighbor girls are whizzing around in the plastic wheeled electric gizmos she will chug past them in a genuine Ford "Lizzie"

I think you can get decal sheets for a laser printer, either that or take AX up on his offer.

Snap some pics of it when you get a chance

Take care
Bobby

Thanks for the replies and thanks for the offer AX. I got lucky and the guy who sold me the honeycomb rediator decal also threw in a black script Ford Decal just like what I wanted except it had the oval drawn around it. Close enough and it looks pretty good. Again, thanks for the links and thanks fopr the offer to from AX to make one.

In the event you are interested, here is a link to the company that is making something similar to this car today. The new ones have working lights, disc brakes and a 5 hp engine as opposed to the 3 hp Briggs enigne that came on mine.
