Cool. I examined the upper a bit yesterday when I got home and doesn't look too terribly bad to remove. I'll drop by Ford today or tomorrow to get the parts but I may not be able to get to it until next weekend. I was worried about the lower but I haven't lost any coolant. The radiator was full last night when I checked it.
After resetting the CEL Tuesday night, it hasn't come back on. I drove to and from work and to lunch yesterday and then to work this morning. I know it will be back.
While I am working on the truck, I plan to replace the 02 sensors and the thermostat for good measure.

I guess I should update this thread if anyone is interested.
The plenum gaskets and the O2 sensors were replaced at the same time and the problem went away.
No more CEL!
