I have taken off some of the mufflers on my rig .....Now the one right behind the cats is going and that was the last in line for me ...what can I replace it with from cats back, did any of you use something other then stock systems from the cats back ...TR

The first one is a muffler, the second is a "resonator" and not really needed and way expensive ($70). Just buy a universal fit muffler and install it. If it is a daily driver I would just put on a normal quiet muffler.

I think the lowest tone will be a Flowmaster 40 series. I use a DynoMax Turbo and while it's tone at idle is low the pitch is higher when you get on it. The resonator you can safely omit. Oh, and I'd see about a high flow cat and a tailpipe diameter increase ( 2 1/4 - 2 1/2" ) to get the most advantage from the HiPer mufflers.
