lowering my 66

I am building a 66 short wide custom pro street. I have a set of comp. engineering ladder bars with coil overs for the rear. Is there a way to lower the front without replacing the I beams. Just wondering sometimes the alternative is as good and often cheaper way to go.

Thanks,
George

A buddy of mine is lowering his '66 and he researched the idea long and hard. Finally he went with one of the companies that advertises dropped twin I-beams in Classic Truck magazine. They look great and are quality units and I think Jack paid a couple of hundred for them. He used the disks from a '73 and everything was a bolt on. Sounds like a nice unit.

I'm pretty sure I saw an ad in "Sport Truck" magazine (latest issue) for dropped spindles.(first time I've seen them for sale)
