I don't know what they have on Ebay but I know alot of guys here have bought them. I bought the blue when it was the rage and now wish I would have bought the tried and true black. The black one is suggested by the guys who burn performance chips.
I wouldn't waste my time wondering the difference between the two. Last I heard people were getting a cps off ebay for around $60 (could be wrong) and were happy with them.
