Tires

I have an 82 F150 with a 9in lift, at the moment, I have some 35in mudders but I was wanting to go bigger when the time came to get new ones and I was wondering what the largest size tire I could get with a 9in lift that wouldn't be a problem off road, I was thinking 39s but not sure, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Look at my truck in my sig it has 9in of lift with 40s The don't rub and won't rub

I see no purpose people trying to solve someone's problem that happened a year or more ago. Sorry that it was never replied to, but I doubt they have been waiting this long for a answer. If someone ask's the thread starter for more info, I doubt they will get an answer back.
