Oooooooo.......Nice catch. Sure looks a lot better without the futile camo attempt

Thanks.

Look at the rear axle. Doesn't that look like an F550 housing? It also looks like to me that there may be more than 8 lug nuts on that front axle. NICE

it would look drastically better if they trimmed the excess off the top of the grill and make it symetrical w/ the width of the lower edge of the grill like the current super duty. i suppose they are trying to acheive some sort of bug deflector with that colagen upper lip.
i agree, the headlights do look "off" and they lost of lot of character by making a frt bumper w/out the upsweep.

there is only a slightly revised tailgate, rear window, mirrors, vents and bumpers. otherwise the exterior remains mostly unchanged (which may not be altogether bad)

what i do like is the increased "boxyness" to the rear bumper and mirrors. the curved lines of the prev super duty mirrors/bumpers were comparitively more feminine.

seems the front grill/bumper/valence is the hard part to design and the last 2 iterations took some time to "grow on us" as well.

i suppose everything is relative and relative to what chevy/gmc is doing to their exteriors, the ford looks great.

Hmm, I really like the way it looks. It grows on me the more I see it. The headlights look a bit odd but I kinda like it. other than that, the truck looks awesome, Can't wait to hear about the new engine .

An the most important thing is it has the new 6.4 engine an new interior. I can see Ford gaining lots off sales from this new truck especially the new motor. I can see the Dodge an Chevy boys shaking in there boots. I love the aggressive look very intimidating.

pathetic. what are they thinking? I'm still hoping its fake and they're bring the supercheif out or something.

edit: Okay, its not BAD. but its not better than the current gen. I really hope the interior/drivetrain is serioulsy upgraded. We will see, i guess....

Don't know. I'll have to see one up close, touch, and drive.

Wish I can go to TX this weekend. Maybe I can run away for the weekend (from NJ )

I was hoping for a major re-design, not a dress up on the current model. Since the introduction of the Superduty, the F-150, Dodge truck, and Chevy/GMC have all had major re-designs. I have a feeling that Ford will still sell these trucks strong, but lose some of the market to GM and Dodge.

Also notice that the grill, bumper, and headlights won't retrofit into the 99-07's. Unless you want to also replace the hood and both front fenders.
