DP-Tuner
SO I finally did it. I ordered my DP-Tuner (F5) from Dennis at ITP Diesel. More so, I couldn't resist NDA shipping for 20 bucks. It will be here tomorrow.

Yes, actually, my new gauges are coming in from Dieselmanor.com. I figure 6 hours, 6 beers, by 11 PM tomorrow night I will wish that I hadn't drank 6 beers.
I am planning on doing the BTS Valve Body in a few months. Do anyone know how out of wack that will make my chip programing.

If you do plan on a BTS VB in the future, new programming will be a must. Dennis will be able to help you with your chip reburn.

Kalsc, The Smoke tune is the 140 extreme with a lot more fuel on the bottom end.
Plus you wont see that much difference between the 120 race and the 140 extreme unless you have a different setup with larger injectors and dual HPOP. The 120 will not be as hard on the EGT as the 140. The Smoke tune EGTs climb very fast. 4 to 5 secs of WOT and your at your limit.

No mileage yet but I am already impressed. With a Programmer it feels like it is jsut dumping all the fuel it can and shoots the EGT's and black smoke throught the roof.
The DP-Tuner is very well rounded. Excellent control of tranny. I am really excited!
I am heading out on a 6000 mile trip over the next month so I will have a ton of data by the end of October to share!
