abs light

03 excursion abs light comes on and goes out, no codes at first. Eventually a c1185 internal power relay code will set. Pinpoint test pointed to control module, but after replacement light still comes on. Now the light only comes on under semi-hard acceleration, setting in park or taking off from stop. The light will come on for a couple of seconds and then go out. Doesn't matter what time of day or temp. Can someone help?

Did you check the wiring harness going to the control module? Also is it still throwing the same C1185 or a new code?

Wiring is ok and there are no other codes. Actually the c1185 code takes a while to set. Removed the belt to rule out alternator, no difference.
